Federal Bureau of Investigation

William Shepard is an FBI special agent resident of Gary, Indiana and based out of Chicago, Illinois Field Office.

BiographyEdit

Born in 1958 (Detroit, Michigan), William is of slightly above-average height and average build, he wears his midnight black hair short in a trim, near military cut. His eyes are deep blue and almost unnaturally intense and he has a small scar just above his left ear.

Special Agent Shepard is one of the few mortals who knows about the existence of Vampires. How exactly he knows about it is anyone's guess. If there were a version of Fox Mulder and the X-Files in the Classic World of Darkness FBI, then he would fit right in.

This federal agent is searching for proof of the existence of Supernaturals so he can present it to his superiors at the Bureal in Chicago, but he sometimes strays out of his jurisdiction if it would lead him to his proof. He is not a member of the Special Affairs branch of the FBI nor does he know they exist.
