[edit] What is a Wiki?
- A WikiWiki (from Hawaiian, "wiki wiki," or "fast") is a collection of interlinked web pages, any of which can be visited and edited by anyone at any time (collaborative software). The concept and software was invented by Ward Cunningham. You can even edit the page you are reading right now (just click "Edit this page", on the tab near the top of this page). However, if you don't have anything to add or correct here, and you just want to see the Wiki in action, edit the Sandbox page instead of this one. See also Editing FAQ.

- The White Wolf Wiki is a project to create an organized and coherent fan encyclopedia for any and all topics related to White Wolf Incorporated.
[edit] What are the goals of the WW Wiki?
- The founder, Ian Watson, has been frequenting a lot of White Wolf forums and sites for many years. It has become more and more evident that many fans have no resource for information other than other fans. Questions would get asked... such as "in which books can I find information about Lucita of Aragon?" or "what happened with Saulot?" or "does anyone have a complete list of all Trinity books?" The questions increased in frequency as White Wolf released more books. There was no single resource to reference. The fans needed a single, definitive resource where all of that knowledge can be found. WWWiki's goal is to become that reference.
