Legend has it that, at some point in the city of Enoch, Irad the Strong sought to purge himself of all evil. Using his mastery of Protean, the ancient gathered all of his evil into a bilious mass of repugnancy and horror, and spat it out. And thus, the world was given the Tzimisce Antediluvian.
The Eldest is the most inscrutable of all the Antediluvians, consumed as it is with questions of metamorphosis and the arcane requirements to advance on this path. Whatever parts of it that were human (if it ever was human) were long abandoned by the time of the Anarch Revolt, when Lugoj Blood-Breaker sank his fangs into what he believed was the body of the torpid elder.
Certainly, the rest of the clan celebrated Lugoj's victory, a new Antediluvian had risen in the place of the architect of all their misery! Surely, the fact that Lugoj, voivode of voivodes, disappeared soon after was an issue of no consequence.
Surely the fact the Tzimisce Antediluvian had 'informed' that weakling Lambach of its continued survival was an issue of no consequence.
Surely the fact the Tzimisce Antediluvian was, as of the modern day, several dozen square miles in area, covering most of the area beneath downstate New York, was an issue of no consequence.
