Do we need to make every Discipline power a link to an article? Considering that actually detailing the power would probably violate copyrights, there's almost nothing to put in an article all its own.

I see nothing wrong with describing what a power does without going into system details. They don't have to be huge articles, but it'd be nice to have them. --IanWatson 19:18, 29 Nov 2005 (UTC)
You might to look at the Arcanoi to see one way to handle powers. Describing the basics or general methods of how an ability works is okay; just don't put in the mechanics of how it works in game, such as difficulties or what to roll for, as that falls squarely into copyright territory. As a side question, is there any way to get rid of those blue balloons next to the reference links? Moogle001 18:22, 29 Nov 2005 (UTC)

Possibly. I know they look annoying. I'll look into it. --IanWatson 19:18, 29 Nov 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Table Format

Upon using the current footnote-format on two articles, I think it may be much better to use the table format that I originally created this article in. The footnote requires jumping to the bottom of the page repeatedly, it isn't easy to quickly distinguish which reference is being linked to, and makes it makes figuring out the most recent powers (as opposed to Pre-Revised) complicated. Secondly, its just a gigantic pain to make footnotes for every page, sort them, ensure that everything is aligned properly, and in the end just isn't very good looking. Since this potentially impacts a lot of other pages, you might want to take the discussion to Paw Prints so we can get a community consensus. --IanWatson 01:53, 8 Dec 2005 (UTC)
