Should I put every character who said sometihng on hunter-net in the character section or just the important ones?

Up to you; there are quite a few, from memory. I'd say list the important ones as major characters (using the ;[[Name]] : description format; I've applied this format to the ones you've entered already), then the others as minor characters (using * [[Name]], description).
