As things like the Labyrinth, the Shadowlands, the Malfeans, etc. are the exact same things as they are in Wraith, should the Orpheus events perhaps be incorperated into any articles on those rather than splitting them between the two games?

Yeah, everything's essentially the same. Keep it all in the same article. For interface purposes, it might be a good idea to redirect, fr'ex, Shadowlands (Orpheus) to Shadowlands (WTO), so that people searching from the standpoint of Orpheus can still find the info they're looking for.
