One editor attempted to write that the Daitya revere Shiva as an incarnation of Set, but that contradicts the material in Blood Sacrifice: The Thaumaturgy Companion. Further, the Egyptian name for Shiva the Wyrm would be Apep, not Set. At best the heretical Daitya would consider Set to be an avatar of Shiva/Apep, though possibly the principal avatar. 216.86.64.11 00:37, November 17, 2012 (UTC)
Ok, I used the V20 version (p.434), maybe this is a version difference of the bloodline to avoid metaplot references and crossovers. Thank you for correcting it 217.233.240.212 13:01, November 17, 2012 (UTC)
Walid Set[]
Doesn't Veil of Night clearly state on p.134 that the Walid Set are not part of the Ashirra, because they see it as a disruption of Maat and Set is the only true god (it even mentions that many Ashirra would readily destroy the bay't)? I always took it the name "Walid Set" as a self-given name by the arabic Setite population, not a true deviation in faith or blood like the other Clan variants. Yes. The Ashirra see the worship of Set as blasphemous, and the Walid Set try to corrupt the Ashirra as much as they can in order to restore balance to the Maat. Russel Hammond (talk) 05:41, October 14, 2014 (UTC)
Then I will correct it.Sharth (talk) 18:08, October 14, 2014 (UTC)
