[edit] Summary
From the White Wolf catalog:
[edit] Chapter One
[edit] Background Information
- This is the final of the series of combination Psi Order/Region books to be published under the White Wolf imprint, as well as the last one to include a seperate full-colour setting section.
- An advertisement appears in the back of the book for Aberrant. Like the previous ad, it features the word ABERRANT with "99" inside the RR, a faint "Sacrifice" overlaid, and the text "It's not what you think it is." This ad further evolves, featuring a faint image of Divis Mal and (presumably) Leviathan and the text "JULY 1999."
