Spirit Stone Caern or the Sept of the Spirit Stone is/was an Uktena caern in Russia. In 1996, Baba Yaga sent an ambassador to it offering them power and safety if they would swear fealty to her and show her a way to reverse the Rite of Draconic Binding. The ambassador was torn limb from limb. Retribution came swiftly, destroying a quarter of the sept.[1] Its member count before the attack was 35[2], it is presumably now about 26.
