A Spectre Artifact is a specific type of Artifact crafted by Artificers and Masquers who have succumbed to their shadows.

Spectre Artifacts are created for the sole purpose of spreading pain and misery. They're often (but not always) rather grotesque in appearance. They should not be confused with Tainted Relics.
