Ribbon Cutter

Ribbon Cutters are a type of Spectre found in Orpheus. One of the more specialized types of Spectres, Ribbon Cutters are most hazardous to skimmers as they tamper with the silver cord that keeps those kinds of projectors linked to their bodies. They mess with skimmers in two main ways; the first is to rest along the silver cord of an unwitting skimmer; if the skimmer tries to ripcord back to their body, they hit the Ribbon Cutter on the way, dealing serious damage to themselves. The second is far more dangerous, however; a Ribbon Cutter can cause themselves to implode inward while along a silver cord, severing the projector from their body, leaving the projector stranded as a ghost and their body ripe for possession by other Spectres.
