Rebecca Bue Li, born in the Philippines, was one of several people chosen by the Doyen to become a proxy for a psi order. Bue Li was selected as the proxy of telepathy, and founded the Ministry of Noetic Affairs.

Self-styled guardians of the Internet, "Anonymous," often depict themselves with a blank green face, overlaid by the words "No picture available." It's unknown where this originated, but the similarity to the "not available" image often used for Bue Li is striking.
