The Pure Lands are the name native Garou and Fera gave to the Americas. These shape-changers worked hard to keep out the influence of the Wyrm and ensure that humans lived in harmony with Gaia. Explorers and colonizers from Europe, however, brought with them powerful Banes, vampires, and even manifestation of the Wyrm itself, leading to the nickname "Wyrmcomers."
