Piotr "Peter" Andreikov, also known under his codename "Winter", is an Emissary of the Black Hand.
Biography
Born as an Ukrainian in the USA, Piotr was constantly bullied – at home from his father, who saw any emotion as a failure of masculinity, and at school from the other kids, who soon learned to avoid him when his suppressed rage exploded. His interest in the dark side of humanity led him to study psychology and entering police services.
As a very successful detective, he made the mistake of crossing a Toreador ancillae, who was trying to build a criminal empire. He was blood bound by the Toreador and soon came to hate his domitor for the irrationality the blood bond inflicted on him. When he was captured by a Tzimisce war band, the leader was impressed with his cool demeanor and decided to Embrace him.
Piotr adapted well to the Sabbat, but could never lose himself in the pleasures of the undead and never managed to accept the Path of Metamorphosis. His first actions as a freshly dedicated pack priest were ruining his former domitor's business and destroying him in his own haven. He acts now as an Emissary for the Black Hand Dominion Wah Chun-Yuen along the East Coast, centered around Baltimore, in order to break Camarilla's hold over these lands and return it to the Sabbat.
