Omophagia are Spectral animals that Grandmother has made into her servants. Unlike other Spectral animals, Omophagia can last for ages, and actually grow more powerful when exposed to Oblivion. Omophagia are also known as barghests in Orpheus, but are not to be confused with the Barghests of Wraith: The Oblivion, as they are completely different in origin.
