Mass Embrace is a military tactic used primarily by the Sabbat to produce an army of expendable vampires. A collection of Cainites kidnap a large group of kine and proceed to Embrace them en masse. The new childer are then used as cannon fodder. The very idea is both horrifying and reprehensible to most members of the Camarilla and anyone who still clings to their Humanity.

The Ravnos of India adopted the same tactic late in their fight with the Kuei-Jin, a fact that may have played a role in awakening several Methuselah from torpor as they sensed the brutal culling of their descendents.
