Magdeburg is the capital city of the state of Saxony-Anhalt in Germany. It is situated on the Elbe River and was one of the most important medieval cities of Europe. During this period, Magdeburg was ruled by Prince Jürgen von Verden. In his absence, his marshal Lucretia von Hardtz acted as Prince.
During the 1990s Magdeburg was one of the formerly GDR domains that was up for grabs after the Kindred who dwelt there before the German reunification had disappeared. Some of the riots reported there hid bands of anarchs fighting the agents of Camarilla, or even Sabbat, elders who would liked to secure this unclaimed territory.
