The distortion that defaces the appearance of a Kindred in mirrors, reflective surfaces, in photographs or over CCTV or on film. A Kindred's image distorts gradually over the first three nights of her Embrace until it becomes unrecognisable. A Kindred can make her reflection or images momentarily clear, but it requires a degree of mental concentration. (VTR: Vampire: The Requiem Rulebook, p 75)
