The Lore of Storms gives the Lammasu control over the weather, and power over the element of water.

Summon Water: The Fallen may cause a source of water in the vicinity to produce a deluge or a concealing mist. High-Torment: In addition, the water is foul and slimy, and may carry disease.

Water Form: The Fallen transforms into water, and may either flow or hover as mist. High-Torment: The water that makes up the form is also caustic.

Manipulate Weather: The Fallen can cause a weather front (such as a storm) to move in any way they wish, though they cannot create weather of their own choosing yet. High-Torment: The Fallen can increase the fury of an existing weather front.

Command the Storm: The Fallen can create or dismiss any kind of weather. High-Torment: There are always negative side-effects, like a heatwave for a clear sky or an inundation for rain.

Invoke the Storm: The Fallen may manifest a storm anywhere, even within buildings, and strike anyone in the storm with lightning. High-Torment: The storm automatically strikes everybody with lightning, and buffets anyone inside with fierce winds and hail.
