The Loa is the pantheon of the gods of Africa and the Carribeans. They value the virtues of harmony, order, piety and vengeance. They tend to focus more on small things, which can lead them to not care what they're doing is doing to the rest of the world.
Their Overworld is known as Ville au Camp, which is surrounded and besieged by The Drowned Road, Greater Titan of water.
