Joshua Tarnopolski, also known as Blackjack, is a Cainite from Chicago who lays claim as the Anarch Baron of Joliet and Naperville, Illinois. He is the progeny of the infamous Tyler.

Biography[]

During his lifetime, Tarnopolski was one of Chicago's leading socialists at the turn of the 20th century. His passion and political maneuvering earned him the Embrace from Tyler, who decided to preserve his passion forever and because his face as not as well known as the other leaders of the Socialist Party. She was given permission to Embrace Tarnopolski from Prince Lodin in exchange for services against Modius of Gary, Indiana.

Tarnopolski adapted to his change by transferring his political fervor against the seniority system of the Camarilla and joined causes with the Anarchs. He is a respected member among them, although most of his allies perished in the War of Chicago, filling him with new energy to revitalize the social system of the Kindred.

V5 Timeline[]

In the early 21st century, Tarnopolski established a barony over Joliet and Naperville, Illinois. He solidified his claim over Joliet by chasing out the city's Sabbat, but his grasp over Naperville is somewhat more tenuous. He has recently become fascinated by the Church of Caine through Joliet's Deacon Arden Canty, and has spent considerable effort encouraging Chicago Kindred to attend.
