Jann Berger was the the first Prince of Munich, Germany. A Brujah, he was known as a tyrant and a religious fanatic. Anyone who questioned his leadership was to be staked and left for the sun.

Berger took praxis in the early sixteenth century, ruling for several hundred years. Following the occupation of Munich by King Gustavus II of Sweden during the Thirty Years War, many failed attempts were made at assassinating Berger. He would eventually be killed by his own childe Jaroslav Pascek, leaving a vacuum of power for a century until Felix Ritter established praxis.
