Jack Debiltongue was great Bone Gnawer of England who ruled over the Garou of London during late 1200s and early 1300s. He managed to save many wolves from death, slayed ruffians who abuse the poor, and defeated the Black Spiral Dancer Drededoom and his followers.[1]
