The Imperial Manse is a massive complex at the center of the Imperial City. The Manse is a control center for the defenses of Creation. The actual contents of the Manse are almost entirely unknown - the only person who spent any time in the building was the Scarlet Empress, who regularly disappeared into the complex to manage the delicate and complex machinery which defended reality.
