This secret order within the House and Clan Tremere is dedicated to close cooperation with the mundanes and even consideration of the goals and hopes of the human race.
Overview[]
Many say that the League's true aim is to discover a path that will eventually lead them back to full mortality. They say that this order's master is the elusive Cmte. St. Germain and the this elusive figure, who crops up all over Europe for the last several centuries, is an elder Tremere who has discovered a way to at least partially escape the curse of vampirism.
Initiates must prove their "love" for normal humans and that one must swear off drinking of human blood, feeding only from animals thereafter. Others say only the higher levels within the League's hierarchy require such sacrifice.
The League is believed to have developed magics imparting a partial ability to withstand exposure to sunlight, as well as methods to aid in quelling the Hunger and subduing the Beast.
