The caster can summon a light, supernatural wind which frightens more than harms. It is chilling and if you listen closely enough one could hear warnings, curses, screams, and laughter. If you look closely enough one can see shapes of people swirling about.
The wind increases difficulty of Perception rolls by 2 and all other rolls by 1. Mortals subjected to the wind must make a Courage roll (difficulty 5) or flee in terror.
