Frère Marc, born Marc Arsenault, is a Gangrel antitribu member of the pack called the Shepherds of Caine, who reside in Montreal.
Biography
Once a traveling Catholic missionary, he appears rugged and worn from the long road he has journeyed since. He stands just over five and half feet tall, looks to be in his late 30s, keeps his hair long, and wears simple travel attire.
He knows more about what is really going on in Montreal than any other vampire.
