Scott Levin was the ninth generation Malkavian primogen of Washington, D.C.
Biography[]
Little is known about Levin's past, but the common theory is that he was an inventor during the late 1800s who happened to meet a vampire at the wrong time. Levin spends most of his time in his Haven, with only his computer and his personal ghoul as companions.
Levin has a strong connection to the Madness Network, which makes conversations with him difficult for outsiders, as he continuously loses the trail of his thoughts even mid-sentences. For this reason, he prefers computers before other sapient beings, as electric devices are one of the few things upon which he can stay focused.
When he works on a computer or surfs the Internet, his mind becomes razor-sharp and he is able to communicate a great deal of information both from the Internet and the Cobweb. Levin spends most of his free time programming viruses and keeping tabs on other systems, including the CIA and other government agencies. He rarely enters Elysium, but keeps correspondence to his Clan and the prince via email.
Levin has six phone lines in his house, all of which connect to different on-line services and BBS's, including the CIA's boards. His screen name differs depending on the month, but usually it is a variant of Golconda. Levin designs viruses, regularly cracks passwords, and keeps tabs on dozens of computer systems.
Appearance[]
Scott exerts himself as little as possible. He wears only one color; all of his clothes are subtle shades of gray. He has straight, shoulder-length dirty-blond hair which almost never stays in place. When he has to get up, he stands about 5'9". Though his body is emaciated, his pale blue eyes stand out strikingly.
