Scarlet Carson O'Toole

Scarlet Carson O'Toole is a City Gangrel of the San Francisco Sabbat.

Biography[]

Scarlet was born in Boston during the baby boom after World War II. Spoiled by her parents from an early age, she soon learned how to manipulate people for her cause. During a stay in New York she met her future sire, Rudolph Scruggs, in a nightclub and seduced him.

Soon after, Scruggs (who was not the brightest vampire to being with) revealed his true nature to her and she exploited it where she could. A month beyond that and he introduced her as his ghoul (which she was not). After nearly six months, O'Toole charmed Scruggs into giving her the Embrace. Once she realized Scruggs was no longer useful, she skipped town before he thought of blood bonding her.

She returned to Boston and lived in the basement of her parents, who assumed her to be a heroin junkie. When they died, O'Toole returned to New York, searching for Scraggs. She did not find him, but instead she found his pack which quickly adopted her. O'Toole has been a charm machine for the Sabbat ever since. Extracting information from the Camarilla whenever possible, O'Toole made herself useful in whatever ways served her family best.

When New York fell, she and her pack wandered to San Francisco, joining the war against the Cathayans, Anarchs, and Camarilla, working to gather enough information on their enemies to deliver the final blow against them all.
