Symbol of the Kiasyd.
The symbol (superimposed on the standard Sabbat spiked circle) is a moth with a death's head. It's possibly supposed to be a Death's-head Hawkmoth, which is well-known for the death's head on its back, and has been popularized by media such as Silence of the Lambs.
However, the shape of the moth in the illustration doesn't match that of the Hawkmoth. The shape is more consistent with the Luna moth, as seen below in the Changeling symbol. The obvious similarity of the two symbols is intentional, as the Kiasyd are essentially the vampiric equivalent of changelings, as they have fae blood.
