Katarina Kornfeld is part of the progeny of Gustav Breidenstein and among the inhabitants of West Berlin.
Biography[]
During the final days of the hated Inquisition, Katarina Kornfeld was born the bastard child of one of the very priests who so desired the end of the Kindred. Her mother was to be one of Gustav's servants in that time, and a servant she did indeed become, but only after Katarina's birth. In those days, Gustav was constantly on the move, constantly leaving for other parts as the Camarilla came into existence. He often boasted of how powerful the Camarilla would be and how they would one day crush the Inquisition and the Church, gathering revenge for all that the upstart kine had destroyed. Always clashing with Gustav's other Childe, Wilhelm Waldburg, Katarina sought to keep her Sire well-informed about Kindred politics in Berlin whenever he was away. This constant loyalty was eventually rewarded, and Kornfeld became the Ventrue Primogen in East Berlin once the city was divided in two princedoms.
