Delilah Monroe was one of the few Daughters of Cacophony ever described in the World of Darkness and a devil worshiper from Mexico City.
Biography[]
Delilah was a dumb valley girl singing in a band. All went well until her van broke down in San Diego and some guys took her hostage for money. Then some women stormed into the room, killed the men, and made Delilah a vampire. She was a little mad they didn’t bother to ask if she wanted to be a vampire, but she’s made adjustments in her new life, like giving up her sun tan.
At first, Delilah was in the Sabbat, but she found it boring and did not like all their rules. She joined the Anarchs and has made several trips to Los Angeles and Seattle, recruiting anyone interested in helping her launch a little crusade against the Sabbat in Mexico City.
Delilah is a vision of angelic beauty, until you add the spiked hair, safety pins in her cheeks, ears, and eyebrows, and the exceedingly vulgar language that spews from her mouth.
