- Northern Collective Prime Minister Inge Longberg makes his Inauguration Speech. He informs everyone that difficult times lie ahead, but that no one will go hungry or lack work.[2]

- Dr. Jerzy Grabowski sends a memo to all Beaulac Clinic staff regarding the imminent departure of Dr. Mangels and Dr. Doris Ashiluna to Earth and Mars, respectively. At 17:30, the cafeteria on Sublevel 5 will host their goodbye party.[4]
