Final Death:

Elias Bruylant

Andrew Emory

Demba Makemba Adoula, also known as Conrad, was a Lasombra vampire, Templar of the Archbishop Lucita de Aragón and sire of Andrew Emory.

Throughout history and before, gods in the night have demanded blood and meat from humanity. These are our sires. You are Artemis. You are Ahriman. You are the volcano goddess of Catal Huyuk and Tezcatlipoca, the Aztecs' god of the smoking mirror. A darkness so thick it obscures the sun, wielded by the one who requires more blood than any other god except the sun? This should sound familiar. You are Inguma, the Basque spirit that haunts the Iberian night and strangles sleeping victims who did not propitiate it. You are Hina, the Polynesian goddess who guards the underworld and teaches crafts. You are darkness personified. So were your sires back to the beginning. Look through history for darkness. There you find us.
  — Demba Makemba Adoula to her Sabbat students

Demba was born in the Congo under the ruthless reign of King Leopold II and his army. When she was an adolescent, she fell in love of one of the conquerors who taught her some european culture. When the conqueror died, Demba was very lonely and frightened, so she then escaped to sought enlightenment. Not before long, Elias Bruylant found her and embrace her, together they traveled all over Europe and parts of Africa, but Demba never returned to the Congo.

After the Great War, the Archbishop Monçada took her as a personal project and tried to convince her to convert into christianity, only to find out that Demba hated "his" God. She has a deep hatred for mortal society – for the conquerors who destroyed her hopes and for the people who won’t rise up and fight back. She considers Gehenna ludicrous to believe in. It seems like somebody’s world is always ending.

In the 20's, Demba changed her name into Conrad, inspired by a writer who wrote about the Congo.

Conrad is a tall slim woman with extremely dark skin. Her face is scared with ritual marks overlaid with western symbols.  When dealing with mortals, she uses Obfuscate to slightly alter her features just enough to allow her to belong in whatever community she’s manipulating.

Lasombra Novel TrilogyEdit

You see your fears in the darkness, don't you? All your life, all anyone’s life, these things live beneath your skin. Now they flow out along with your life itself. Learn… You see, Andrew, you have cut yourself out of the fabric of society. But you do not yet know what you want to clothe yourself in, and your anger is not enough… You remember your enemies. I made sure of that. Can you envision them suffering as you now and worse? Will you accept this gift?
  — Demba Makemba Adoula

After Lucita was captured by Andrew's pack, Lucita requested that Conrad and Rosa (a rebel member of said pack) accompany her in the pursuit of some Abyss summoners in order to abide the sentence gave by the Court of Blood. Lucita and Conrad grew very fond of each other, and when Lucita was appointed as Archbishop, she named Conrad as her Templar[1].

Final DeathEdit

In one of the news ticker of the WTOJ, Andrew Emory says that he and Conrad were attacked by members of the Black Hand and that he commited Diablerie on his sire.[2]
