In the Age of Sorrows, the Celestial Incarna are the Gods who organized the war against the Primordials and took over Creation. Only the Celestial Incarna (composed of the Unconquered Sun, Luna, the Five Maidens and Gaia as an honorary member) are allowed the play the Games of Divinity and serve as the final authority in Heaven.
