Carlyle is a Brujah resident of Chicago. A progeny of the former anarch, Salvador Garcia.

Biography

Carlyle was a truly bad man. The judge that put him away said that Carlyle had no sign of a conscience, and should never be allowed back into society. The crime he was charged with was that of kidnapping, which Carlyle swore he didn't do. The only crime he felt he was being imprisoned for was that of being a Black Panther.

The cops said he kidnapped the daughter of a policeman who was only 16. She joined up with him telling him she was in college. She told the FBI that Carlyle had kidnapped her to force her father to protect a drug shipment. Carlyle was in Alcatraz before he knew what was happening.

The Anarch movement had taken notice of Carlyle so his term in prison was not to be a long one. Salvador Garcia went to Carlyle in prison and offered him immortality and freedom.

Trivia

  • Carlyle is said to be of the 8th generation. His sire, however, is a vampire of th 9th generation. The books never revealed how Carlyle was classified as an 8th generation. Therefore we assume he may have diablerised his way from the 10th generation. However, it should be noted that page 77 of Chicago by Night 2nd Edition lists Salvador as a 7th generation, indicating that this might be an editorial mistake.
