Boris Tsergov is/was an Elder Homid Theurge Glass Walker, and the Sept Leader of the Sept of the Learning Hall, a caern based out of Moscow University.
Biography
Boris all but owned the university of Moscow.[1] His caern was destroyed by Baba Yaga in late 1996, and it is unclear if he was present for the attack, which killed all the Glass Walkers that did not evacuate. [2]
