A decree given by the Prince, calling upon the ancient Kindred tradition of Lextalionis to declare a Kindred outlaw to be marked for capture and Final Death. All local Kindred are expected to participate: non-participation could result in loss of personal status, and actual aiding and abetting the outlaw is an offence punishable by banishment if not execution. Even in a Blood Hunt, the Masquerade must still be preserved. (VTR: Vampire: The Requiem Rulebook, p 79)
