Blood Eye is a Red Talon. He was born in 1957 to Three Paws of the Red Talons of Minnesota. In 1958 he prematurely developed his Garou abilities, dominating the pack and challenging Three Paws for dominance. Three Paws was barely able to defeat him. He became the Alpha of all Red Talons in 1982.[1]
