Andreas Giovanni is the head of the Giovanni of Boston.


Andreas grew up knowing that his family was special. By the age of 10, he was inducted into the stranger parts of the family and by the age of 12, he was fully aware of the supernatural elements within the family. Delaying the proxy kiss until he was older, he spent his time studying various field of interest for his unlife, such as mythology, psychology, and everything else connected with the ideals of evil.

He came to believe that was most people regarded as evil was simply the result of fear; fear of themselves, of responsibility and of independence. He then renounced his human nature, swearing to find a way to perfect himself and freeing himself from moral limitations. His disgust for fear in every form earned him the attention of Lucretia Giovanni, who petitioned that he should receive the Embrace. The unlife of Andreas didn't changed much, except that he was now able to use Necromancy to study wraiths and their passions.

In 1920, he was sent to Boston to aid the resident Giovanni. It didn't take long for him to usurp control from the local Don and he quickly instituted himself into the cities infrastructure.


This character is one of three different Andreas of the Giovanni family.

A second man named Andreas Giovanni was also mentioned as a 5th generation childe of Claudius Giovanni. He was the sire of Lisandro Giovanni, who was embraced in 1721.[1]

A third individual named Andreas Niccolo Giovanni was also mentioned by the Guide to the Sabbat; there are no indications if he is related to either characters.
