Alexi Zukhov is a Russian underworld boss, one the leaders of the Camparelli-Zukhov Megasyndicate. He is one of the wealthiest and most powerful men in the world in the Nova Age.
Background[]
Zukhov grew up in the Soviet Union, enlisting in the KGB after a stint in the army. He felt no real sense of patriotism, but understood that these were pathways to personal gain. He left the KGB shortly before the USSR dissolved and moved into the criminal underworld, rapidly rising to power and extending his reach across the Russian Confederation.
When Team Tomorrow began its crusade against organized crime in 2001, Zukhov saw an opportunity to consolidate control of the Russian underworld. He agreed to an alliance with Luciano Camparelli to avoid a costly gang war that would leave both their organizations vulnerable.
