Abombwe

Abombwe is a Discipline practised by the Akunanse Legacy of the Laibon. Utilising the Akunanse's close connection to and control over the Beast, this Discipline allows the vampire to channel the Beast's power for various purposes. Abombwe resembles both Protean and the Beast-affecting powers of Animalism, betraying the Gangrel heritage of the Akunanse.

Abombwe is almost never taught to European Cainites, who usually have difficulty working with their Beast in such a manner. The Discipline's common use by "Laibon" in the Dark Medieval period strongly suggests that it was the Akunanse who came to Europe.
