  11. Dark Kingdoms was originally supposed to be three separate novels, but only Ebon Mask got published. However, all three novels were published into one omnibus as the Dark Kingdoms Trilogy in 1998.
  12. The White Wolf Publishing 1996 Autumn Catalog says it is on page 10, but the page itself lists one of Harlan Ellison's books for Borealis that does not share that title.
