- With the secret support of the Ventrue and select members of other clans, the Giovanni form the Conspiracy of Isaac with the intent of usurping the place of the Cappadocians.[1]

- April 4: Augustus Giovanni holds a feast to celebrate his decision to betray Cappadocius and take over his clan. The anniversary becomes the date when Giovanni family members are nominated for a Proxy Kiss or embrace.[2]
- April 14: Augustus Giovanni attempts to diablerize Cappadocius, but the soul flies away.[3][4]
