10,000-Djinni Plague

The 10,000-Djinni Plague occurred between 945 BC and 930 BC. ^[1] Shaitan (or Baal, or Set) unleashed a multitude of Djinn as a plague upon the Earth.

Fighting the plague were Suleiman the Wise, King of Israel; al-Ashrad the Mighty; and Abana-ta-sherit, the leader of the House of the Sestat.

The alliance of disparate mages (possibly the first such alliance since the Reed and Cupbearers) managed to bind or destroy the majority of the Djinni. While an excellent example of different sects banding together, the different groups went their own way once the threat was over. ^[2]
